Sanctuary

A project by Baja Corp

A collection of bespoke commercial spaces in the heart of Southport, Sanctuary embodies luxury on every level.

I worked with the team at Baja Corp during the projects entirety; from the branding, to the roll-out. The logo design, inspired by the architectural arches of the three-story building guided the rest of the identity – from the arch shapes and rich palette to the art direction of the lifestyle photography.

Brand identity

The original architectural concept drawings inspired the logo for this identity, which was then complemented by a rich colour palette and brand elements to create a polished and luxurious look.

Illustration

To enhance the brand and add a beautiful textural element to the sales brochure, hand-drawn illustrations were incorporated that complemented the overall design.

Art direction

We worked with photographer Cody Bryce to develop a style for the photography that would compliment the brand. The result; beautiful, moody imagery with a custom filter.

Website design

We worked with a developer to create a 2-page website that would appeal to a middle/upper market and encourage enquired. We used the assets and photography that we created for the brand in the website.

Print design

We created a 48-page sales brochure featuring custom illustrations, photography, and graphics. The final result was a high-end lay-flat brochure that showcases the creative design to maximum effect.

Vector graphics

The floor-plans were re-designed in a simplified style that could be used on the website and in the sales brochure. We also created a custom vector map that pin-pointed the locations and surroundings.
